Yuma Hamfest February 27-28, 2026 - Yuma County Fairgrounds

Commercial Vendor & Tailgating Rules and Regulations


        1. The vendors will be located in the Legacy Building A Site Map.  Vendor Check in will be at the left side Box Office window at the front of the Legacy Building A. Please check in prior to loading into your purchased booth space. 

        2. The Yuma Hamfest considers you a “Commercial Vendor” (and not a “tailgater”) if more than ten percent (10%) of the items you offer for sale are new. Register here if you have used items for sale and would like to tailgate instead.

        3. Commercial Vendors will be permitted into the main hall (Legacy Building A) between 7:00 am and 12:00 pm on Friday for set-up. The main hall opens to the public at 12:00 pm on Friday. Sales activity is permitted during the hours the Hamfest is officially open on Friday, 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm & Saturday, 8:00 am- 5:00 pm.

        4. Security will be provided on Friday and Saturday nights for the Legacy Building and doors will be locked after Hamfest hours. Vendors should make arrangements to secure their displays at all times during Hamfest hours or in all other areas of the fairgrounds.

        5. Vendor spaces in the main hall are approximately 10 ft. x 10 ft. Commercial vendors in the main hall will be provided one table and two chairs with each 10 x 10 space. Additional tables can be rented for $5.00 per table. Table cloths or drapes are not provided. Electricity is provided inside the main hall but vendors MUST bring their own AC extension cords.         6. Commercial vendors will be issued vendor badges. Badges should be worn at all times. Please be sure to indicate on the registration form how many of your staff will be attending.

        7. Commercial vendors located outside the main hall must adhere to the same hours as commercial vendors located inside the main hall. Sales of new products are permitted only during the hours the Yuma Hamfest is officially open.

        8. Commercial vendors are required to comply with Arizona Department of Revenue regulations.

        9. Inside vendor locations will be designated. Please see Vendor Layout for location, or ask a Hamfest staff member when you check in at the Legacy Building A at the left side Box Office window.

        11. Special note: Due to the brand new Legacy Building (2024),
nothing may be placed on the walls, not even painters tape.  This is a hard and fast rule given to us by the Yuma Fairgrounds management.  Failure to comply with this request will result in expulsion from the vendor hall and responsibility for any expenses for repairs. Please help us honor our contract. We appreciate it!!! Please keep in mind that our staff are all volunteer Ham enthusiasts! Please be kind to them. They are here to help you have a successful event!
